Statutory withdrawal request

Changed your mind? You can use this page to request withdrawal from an eligible purchase made through Korean Learning Club.

Under Dutch and EU consumer law, consumers who purchase certain products or services online generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

Whether the right applies depends on the type of purchase, when it was purchased, and whether the service or digital content has already started. Submitting this form does not affect any other consumer rights you may have.

Withdrawal Request

Please provide only the information needed to identify your purchase. No account or login is required. Submitting the form downloads a dated copy for your records and opens an email request addressed to Korean Learning Club for you to review and send.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

What happens next?

The downloaded receipt shows the request reference and submission date and time. The request is received only after you press Send in your email app. Korean Learning Club will then send a durable email confirmation identifying the order and receipt time. Automated confirmation requires the production email workflow described in the project setup guide.

If a service began during the 14-day period and part has already been provided, you may be required to pay for the part already provided where permitted by law.

For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply if you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right where required by law.
