Can my lessons be customised?
Yes. Your learning path provides structure, while the pace, topics, homework and speaking practice can be adjusted to your level and goals.
Can I change my lesson time?
You may reschedule without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. A change with less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show is normally treated as a used lesson, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
What is included in the monthly plan?
The €179 monthly plan includes four 50-minute private lessons, a personal learning plan, custom materials and homework, and progress feedback.
Does the private plan renew automatically?
Yes. It renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal through My Account or by email. The complete billing and withdrawal information is shown before payment.
